- Have at least 3 years of on-site spraying experience
- Are confident using HVLP and airless systems
- Understand the importance of prep, masking, and detail
- Can represent Spray Chroma on-site with professionalism
- Are reliable, self-motivated, and committed to quality
Bonus if you’ve worked with cladding, fire protection coatings, or resprays on commercial units.
